One of the areas we have available for hiring events is our Workforce and Development & Recruiting Center. The purpose of the Workforce Development & Recruiting Center is to create a space that will support local industries by offering opportunities in areas of economic influence within Allen County. Our facility is designed to host business meetings, hiring events and training sessions that promotes workforce development, recruiting, and/or falls within our employer service offerings. The center was completed in January 2020 and has the ability to host up to 180+ individuals, depending upon the type of event being organized.
